Happy CNY and Valentines!

Not sure why, but it seems like I'm not the only one who feels the atmosphere, the happiness of CNY particularly this year isn't there. I mean, it's okay if you're the only one, but when you see there are a few others like you, on the same year losing interest in something, there has to be something in common. Not that I'm sure if it's really so, but the fact is its just things are just different. The visiting was there, the giving of mandarin oranges was there, the collecting of red packets was there, but things just seemed so distant. Nevertheless, I tried to live the day through as per normal, eating snacks and though I slept a 1 hour plus nap in the afternoon to keep myself from dozing off later on.

Haha Valentines Day today too. Nothing special for me I guess, not like I have someone to share with it. Just two nice "festivals" on a date and I end up feeling a bit sian LOL.


Anyway, this quote was given to me half a year ago. “不经历风雨，怎么见彩虹？”
I think this makes a lot of sense.
